When Bengali tv channels started to broadcast on Sky television network in the UK, suddenly there was demand for Ad productions. Minhaj Kibriyah took this opportunity and began making affordable TV Commercials professionally for small businesses. Minhaj Kibriyah, the creative mind behind AdWorks, has now over 20 years of experience on making successful television commercial for various types of businesses and organisation.

Minhaj Kibriyah is adamant that whilst he has worked his way up relentlessly from directing adverts through his own company AdWorks, to directing stunning music videos, to directing movies.
Also in Bangladesh Minhaj Kibriyah is known as an tv commercial and Corporate video maker. in Partnership with Amaan Reza, he established AdWorks in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Having a L.L.B (Hons) from university of London, Amaan has transcended from modelling to big screen.Till now he has worked in more than 30 TV commercials, including brands such as, Samsung, Jaflong Tea, Singer, Ispahani, Tibbet. He also worked in many Indian TV commercials as an actor.
With dynamic marketing skills and project management capabilities, Amaan brings fresh energy and spirit to the entire team. He is fully dedicated in day to day operations of AdWorks Bangladesh in Dhaka along side his Law profession as a Barrister.
